A 10K Race I'd Rather Forget...

Well today's 10k race didn't quite go to plan but thats sometimes just how it goes. Training has been going well but on the day it didn't come together. I will take these lessons into my next races and look forward to going again soon. I always feel it important to share both the highs and lows across social media as after all thats the reality.
