A quick look at the Italian corno di toro or bull's horn peppers. Although slower to fruit and ripen than the smaller fruited varieties we grow, they are fantastic at this time of year - large fruit with crisp, sweet, and delicious flesh. After setting a bunch of fruit they often drop their blossom for a few weeks but have now started to set the next batch, which will crop in the autumn.
