Join me as I take a look at Witch City Mall, formerly East India Mall and Museum Place Mall in Salem, Massachusetts. Is it a dead mall? That's hard to say, but it is, in my opinion, the filthiest and most disgusting mall I've ever seen! Let me know what you think in the comments!
