Carrot Chips with Ranch Yogurt Dip
carrots, trimmed and peeled
2 cups or16 oz. Greek Yogurt or sour cream
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing & dip mix
Slice carrots on an angle to get the largest "chip" possible. Mix yogurt or sour cream with the dry ranch dressing mix. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors blend. Serve with any veggie dippers or chips you like!
