At Gay Man Thriving, it's our mission to eradicate loneliness for gay men.
Sadly, gay men are the social group most likely to be alone, especially after the age of 45.
That's why Andrew and I have been working for several years now to help create a world where gay men are flourishing and thriving together as a community.
Because of the physical distancing required during the pandemic, all of us have had to confront our feelings of loneliness and isolation on a whole new level.
And if we’re not careful, those crutches and Band-Aids we sometimes use to manage this stress can derail our self-care.
We can find ourselves spiraling down until we feel more and more isolated and afraid.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
With some simple tools, anyone can learn how to feel more connected and loved than ever, even during this pandemic!
