Mr. Arun Dohle, a renowned adoption activist, the co-founder of NGO ‘Against Child Trafficking’ (ACT) is an adoptee himself, has been a forefront fighter to expose and correct loop holes in international law which were advantageously used to cover up Child Trafficking activities. Through this talk, Mr. Dohle unravels the rather obnoxiously messy world of trafficking rackets as international adoption cover up and also meticulously tells us about his story of growing up as an adopted child and his incredible struggle to find the identity of his biological parents. Arun Dohle, a reknowned adoption activist is the co-founder of NGO Against Child Trafficking (ACT). An adoptee himself, he had to fight for an astonishing 17 years to access original records pertaining to his biological mother. Arun, a financial consultant, began his search for his roots in his mid-twenties, but all his requests to obtain his adoption documents were thwarted by the orphanage. After a lot of strugle Arun finally managed to find his biological mother after 17 struggling years!
