The Pimms Cup is synonymous with croquet and, in Australia, the cricket. There is nothing more refreshing then a jug of Pimms on a hot summers day. A crowd pleaser for it’s light, citrusy and refreshing flavours.
INGREDIENTS
60mL Pimms
10-15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
7.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Ginger Ale
HOW TO
1. Fill your high ball glass with ice
2. Add all the ingredients
3. Stir and garnish with citrus, a mint sprig and a stick of cucumber
