The Best Hot Cross Buns Recipe

Happy Easter to everyone celebrating! I am going to show you my best Hot Cross Bun recipe in this video. This hot cross bun recipe is easy and absolutely delicious. They take no time at all to make and are so much better than buying them from the supermarket. Take these to your family and friends for Easter (or any day really), and they will love you. They are incredible served warm with butter. Make sure you try my recipe for hot cross buns. You will not be disappointed.
INGREDIENTS:
• Flour 700g
• Milk 400ml
• Sugar 100g
• Cinnamon 4 teaspoons
• Mixed spice 4 teaspoons
• Currents or sultanas 200g
• Butter melted 100g
• Egg 1
• Instant dried yeast 20g

Paste for cross:
• Flour 70g
• Water 30ml

Glaze:
• Apricot jam / olden syrup 50g
