Come spend the weekend on our Aussie homestead. Today we are introducing some new animals onto our homestead, harvesting what is growing in abundance, preserving and cooking many delicious treats. We are an Australian couple homesteading on the south-coast of New South Wales, and we love inspiring others to live a simple life that is connected with nature and food.

Rhubarb BBQ Sauce Recipe:
4 Cups Rhubarb (chopped)
1/2 an onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1 and a half cups of sugar
1/2 an apple (peeled and chopped)
1 tsp each of cumin, smoked paprika, pepper, mustard seeds, salt
