FOR THE MARINATE:
Chicken= 700 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Curd= 100 gm
FOR THE PASTE:
Mustard Oil= 1 cup
Bay Leaf= 2
Cinnamon Stick= 1 inch
Cumin Seed= 1 tsp
Black Cardamom= 1
Green Cardamom= 4
Black Pepper= 10
Cloves= 4
Mace= 1/6
Garlic Cloves= 12
Ginger= 1 inch
Green Chilly= 4
Onion= 3
Tomato= 1
Fresh Coriander= 2 tbsp
Water= 1/2 cup
FOR THE GRAVY:
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Water As For Needed
