WATCH: As part of the celebration of the "Day of the Seafarer 2019" on 25 June 2019, the MARINA launched the Seafarer's Identity Document (https://sidsrb.marina.gov.ph) that will facilitate Filipino seafarers’ shore leave, cross border transfer, and repatriation, even without a visa.
