In this recording of the September 2025 training, the topic is Engaging Youth and Adults in Behavioral Health Crisis: Evidence-Based Safety and Care Planning. After attending this session, participants will be able to:
Identify the foundational concepts of evidence-based safety and care planning
Differentiate approaches for youth vs. adults in behavioral health crises
Apply engagement techniques that promote collaboration, de-escalation, and stabilization as well as describe the core elements of an effective safety and care plan
