I never thought I’d be here—in beautiful coastal Maine property, chatting with Caleb about opening his own Ferncrest glampground. But here we are! In this video, I take you behind the scenes as we explore this 18-acre site, talk about the challenges of launching a glampground, and map out the vision for what’s coming next.
