(NO SQUATS/NO LUNGES)! Join me for a 10 Min Kettlebell & Mini Band GLUTE Workout (Knee Friendly/Beginner Friendly) to grow your glutes, not legs. The glute bridges and all the spicy variations throughout this session target the muscles around the hips and glutes, with a focus on glute max, med and min.💪🏼
This workout is for everyone, no matter your fitness level, you will benefit from this workout.

🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise. The mini band is optional and you can still do this workout without it, but the added mini band will make this workout even more spicy.

➡️ For max results progressive overload is important, so use a weight that challenges the muscles, you want to almost reach failure.

➡️ Workout Description: 8 Exercises, 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off
