Create a Nature Walk Memory Book | Mini Concertina with Mono Prints & Word Trails

Turn a simple walk into a meaningful handmade book. In this video, I take you on a nature walk where I collect plants and inspiration to create a mini concertina book using gel mono printing, hand-stamped words, and continuous line drawings.
Each element in the book reflects the journey:– The leaf prints mirror what I found along the way– The trail of stamped words captures thoughts and impressions– The line drawings on the reverse echo the winding path
I’ll guide you through the full process—from walk to printmaking, drawing, stamping, and binding, including how to make the covers and tie closure. This is a personal reflection, but it’s also a project idea you can make your own. Capture your own walk, your own journey, your way.
