We install the MarineTorq HTC 25 - 3" stainless steel manifold - riser combination onto a Volvo Penta 5.0 GXI - C. We walk through the entire process including removing the old manifolds, cleaning off the rust, temperature testing, checking for leaks. We go over some tips and insights on making the installation easier. We also cut custom length bellows union and heater tubes for the taller manifolds.
The boat "That's What Sea Said" is a 2003 Chapparall Sunesta 242.
