From his recent painful experience, Dr. Pipim speaks from his heart about the harmful effects of believing and spreading rumors. The "Gospel of Gossip" refers to the sharing of pieces of information or a story that has not been verified. Often times those spreading rumors do not bother to find out if the story they're sharing is true or not. Even if the rumors concerning a person are true, Christian principles do not permit us to spread the failures and failings of our fellow brothers and sisters. In the GOLDEN RULE, Jesus said: "Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them" (Matthew 7:12).
