Breathwork and Rebirthing Panel Discussion

In December, we gathered at Patch, Bournemouth town centre for an intimate and powerful Breathwork & Rebirthing panel discussion, exploring the depth, lineage, and lived experience of this transformative practice.

This filmed conversation brings together Patrick Frost, Kerry Veitch, Jacqui Storm, and Brigitte Martin Powell — four practitioners and facilitators with deep personal and professional connections to breathwork and rebirthing. Together, we discuss the roots of the work, its emotional and somatic impact, and how conscious breathing can support healing, self-inquiry, and profound inner change.
