Sous Vide Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
Beef Ribs
Teriyaki Sauce
"Sweet Baby Ray's" or other BBQ Sauce
"Sriracha Sauce" or other Hot Sauce
Salt
Procedure:
Salt ribs
Baste ribs with BBQ Sauce & hot sauce
Add ribs to vacuum bag
Add teriyaki sauce to bag
Seal bag
Cook sous vide 48 hours at 160 degrees
Remove from bag and place on foil covered sheet pan
Baste with more BBQ sauce
Broil in oven until sauce is caramelized
Remove and enjoy
