2025 NB Long Creek HS Band - Echoes of You

The 2025 Long Creek High School Dragon Marching Band from New Braunfels, TX. The show was titled "Echoes of You", which featured the following musical selections:

“This Magic Moment” by The Drifters
“Butterflies” by Bergersen
“Gloomy Sunday” by J2


The band was under the direction of Kyle Day, Tristan Rivera, Analisa Gonzalez and Chloe Uelman. Drum Majors were Phoenix Gonzalez, Johnny Perez & Brady Guhr.

This is the 2nd year for Long Creek High School, which opened in New Braunfels ISD to draw enrollment from New Braunfels High School. The band’s enrollment consisted of freshman, sophomores and juniors.

This performance was at the UIL Region 12 Marching Band Contest held at Heroes Stadium in San Antonio, TX. The band received a unanimous Division 1 (Superior) Rating in Class 4A in varsity level competition.

The band started its competition season at the Bands of America - San Marcos Regional Marching Contest in San Marcos, TX at Texas State University Stadium, earning the title of Class AA Champions in preliminaries, including Class AA captions for Outstanding Music and General Effect. This earned a them a spot as an Exhibition performance band at the BOA - San Marcos Finals. They made 26th place overall in preliminaries.

The band also competed in the US Bands: San Antonio Regional Marching Contest at Davenport Stadium in San Antonio, TX. The band made 6th place Group 3 in prelims and won 5th place in Finals.

The band also competed in the UIL Area Marching Contest in Area E - Class 4A at Phil Danaher Stadium in Corpus Christi, TX. The band got 12th place out of 28 bands in preliminaries.
