stopped being a meme channel for 4 months to make the most unserious retrospective video ever 🔥

but seriously, agar.io has been a game i've loved playing on and off since 2016, and it's been a tragedy to see the game fall from 500,000 concurrent players to only ~300 nowadays. it's been a falloff that has irked me for over 3 years, since many youtubers still revisit the game as a pioneer in the .io genre. even after its presence in the mainstream, the game still had its own dedicated community that treated the game like an actual e-sport instead of a casual time consumer.

with such potential, how did such a nostalgic game lose its entire playerbase? was it just because it was a trend? and how is the game doing today? this 2 HOUR retrospective covers AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE about agar.io!
