This is a very easy buko gulaman recipe and a perfect substitute for young coconut if they're not available in your area.
Ingredients:
(BUKO) GUALAMAN -
4 cups of room-temperature drinking water
2 cups or 400 ml of coconut cream
2-3 tbsp condensed milk
2 packets of 25 gms of jelly powder (Mr. Gulaman), unflavored
BUKO SALAD -
Shredded Buko Gulaman
1 bottle of nata de coco
1 bottle of kaong
1 small can of 412 gms fruit cocktail
1 cup of blueberries
3-5 tbsp of condensed milk
1/2 cup of diced cheddar cheese
