Yujiro Hanma GETTING COOKED in

guys I think I found the optimal route for speedrunning Yujiro AKA the Ogre, who is the final boss of the game. the intro is sometimes pretty inconsistent so be careful with the power kick and the combo because not always does it connect when he dodges. that's why timing is important especially in this level. also accidentally discovered a trick by power kicking yujiro by putting myself in position in the second round, and releasing the kick the SECOND he starts his super, press down momentarily just enough to not get caught by his first super (which in the anime they call it Dress) that way if you get your timing right you're most likely to connect with your next power kick/punch (i do kick because it's fastest and the level route allows it) and get him dizzy, assuming you already have your white bar charged up. from then on it's just power kicks (as in the first round after the opening combo) until his stamina is extremely low and i do a simple jab to knock him down. and i don't release my level 3 super until the very end because I want to keep my speed up the whole run because if I don't, then i get slower when I unleash it earlier and it leads to a slower time. hope this breakdown helps 🙂
