Learn how to make homemade granola on the stovetop in just 15 minutes. This is an easy, healthy low-sugar granola recipe that comes together quickly. Enjoy it as a quick, nutritious breakfast or snack with yogurt or milk.
This is much healthier than store-bought granola. You can customize it as per your preference of nuts, seeds and dry fruits.
Ingredients-:
Rolled oats - 2 cups
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Pecans/ walnuts - 1/4 cup
Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds - 2-3 tsp
Wood pressed coconut oil/cooking oil - 2 tsp
White/ brown sugar/ jaggery powder/ maple syrup - 2 tsp
Water - 1-2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 3/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cranberries - 1/4 cup
Black raisins - 1/4 cup
