Hi I had posted a couple of video clips of making this end cap , but I am now using Cutshot video editor and so decided to put together a complete video of making the part using 2d adaptive, 2d contour, and a surfacing operation also I have added the installation of the end cap to the Z axis beam Please feel free to comment Cheers Bill
