Step 1: Designing the Sports Theme ⚽🏀
For my design inspiration, I wanted to create something reminiscent of the professional sports logos—think MLB or NBA—featuring color blocks and a silhouette-style design. I decided to incorporate our very own Wally B logo into the design, giving it that classic red, white, and blue color block style that we see in pro sports logos. 🇺🇸

Using Illustrator, I played with the color blocking, ensuring that the Wally B logo was centered perfectly within the design. Once I had the design where I wanted it, I outlined everything and made the pieces cut-ready. After some clean-up work using the Pathfinder tool and a little bleeding for easier pressing, I was ready to move forward! 🎨✨

Step 2: Cutting and Weeding Vinyl ✂️
I used red and blue EasyWeed vinyl combined with white silicone HTV to bring this design to life. The EasyWeed vinyl was easy to weed, and the silicone HTV added that professional touch and texture commonly seen in high-end athletic wear. 🏅 The silicone's unique texture provides a true athletic feel, giving these joggers a premium look and feel. 💯

Step 3: Pressing the Joggers 🔥
For placement, I decided to keep it subtle yet striking by adding the design to the left hip of the joggers, a spot where logos are often placed on high-end sports apparel. The process involved pressing the EasyWeed first, followed by the silicone HTV. The result? A clean, layered look that’s ready to hit the field! ⚾🎽

To add an extra touch, I placed a small Wally B logo in white silicone on the back pocket area—this gives the joggers a refined and sporty vibe, perfect for both baseball and golf fans. ⛳⚾

Step 4: Marketing Your Custom Joggers 📲
Now that the joggers are complete, let’s talk about marketing. I used Canva to create an Instagram Story that showcases the joggers in a dynamic way. By placing the product image over a baseball field background and adjusting the lighting to give it a summery feel, I created a compelling visual that’s sure to grab attention. 📸🔥

If you don’t have access to a model for product photos, no worries—many suppliers, like SanMar, offer model photos that you can use. I removed the background of the jogger images and added the design to make it look seamless. Finally, I added some simple text that reads “Game Day Gear” to complete the story. 🏅
