✅ Liver Biopsy – Right side-lying post-procedure
✅ Kidney Biopsy – Flat on bed, on affected side

✅ Vaginal Exam / Labor – Lithotomy position
✅ Umbilical Cord Prolapse – Trendelenburg or knee-chest

✅ Total Knee Replacement (TKR) – Avoid adduction; use abductor pillow
