Lovely looking Audi Q7 Critical Care Unit operated by Welsh Air Ambulance Charity. This particular vehicle is based out of Cardiff Heliport near the docks, its also fitted with a RARE rumbler siren which is very Unique to the UK
Also a bit of a unusual catch for the rear is a Gwent Police BMW 330d which is usually operating out of Maindee Police Station, Newport. Many Ambulances, RRVs including a response without the lightbar
