Udaipur Vlog | Food, City Palace, Shopping, Sunsets and more !!

In this vlog, I’m taking you along on a dreamy 2-day getaway to the royal city of Udaipur, Rajasthan. Known as the City of Lakes, Udaipur is filled with history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking views — and I tried to capture it all for you!

Day 1: Exploring the Heart of Udaipur

We checked into the beautiful Kankarwa Haveli, a charming heritage haveli located right on the banks of Lake Pichola. I kick things off with a cozy room tour — think Rajasthani decor, lake views, and traditional vibes!

From there, we headed to the majestic City Palace, a stunning blend of Rajasthani architecture. Then we visited the nearby Jagdish Temple, a serene and spiritual spot right in the heart of the old city.

As golden hour approached, we made our way to Gangaur Ghat to watch the sunset over Lake Pichola — absolutely magical! We ended the day with a candlelight dinner at Ambrai Restaurant, with gorgeous lakefront views lit up at night.

Day 2: Lakes, Local Food & Rajasthani Culture

We started the day early at Dudh Talai, a peaceful spot offering panoramic views of Lake Pichola and the surrounding Aravalli hills.

Next, we went on a boat ride across Lake Pichola — cruising past Jag Mandir and Lake Palace was such a surreal experience!

Later, we explored Fateh Sagar Lake and tried some mouthwatering street food at the lakeside stalls — don’t miss this if you’re a foodie!

We then visited the serene Saheliyon ki Bari, a lush garden with fountains, lotus pools, and marble pavilions — perfect for a quiet stroll.

For lunch, we dined at Khamma Ghani Restaurant, where we enjoyed authentic Rajasthani thali in a lovely traditional setting.

As evening fell, we attended the Lok Dharohar Folk Dance Show at Lok Dharohar Haveli — a vibrant performance full of color, music, and traditional storytelling. Truly one of the highlights of the trip!

Dinner that night was at the romantic Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel, with lake views and delicious cuisine to end the day.

Day 3: Time to Head Home

After a slow morning and soaking in the final views from our stay, we packed up and made our way back home — hearts full, cameras full, and memories to last a lifetime.
