Never train chest and back once a week.
The key to improving any muscle group is frequency.
I always focus on upper chest in my workouts.
I think I stopped caring about any decline exercise when I hit puberty because they're irrelevant.
Two press's and an isolation and your chest will be on fire.
I always put a pull down and a row together for back exercises.
Targeting width and thickness.
