Today, an old knife made by KJ Eriksson and Morakniv during the 1970s and 1980s is maintained.
One of the largest ever producers, KJ Eriksson was the foundation upon which today's Morakniv company is built.
This knife needed a lot of maintenance, particularly on the blade, which was quite time-consuming to accomplish. There were also such tasks as oiling the handle and cleaning the leather sheath.
As with all things, it was all done by hand using readily available equipment, so you can start to restore and bring back to life your old knives and give them a new look.
