Niek from the Netherlands, representing the Ruggeds Crew explain his footwork concept 'Inside Turn' based on 'Pretzel' concept of Storm (Battle Squad/Germany). The idea is to switch direction (side) without stop or freeze using the '8' motion.
You can use these variations in your footwork or use them in transitions for example from footwork to powermove in case you are doing them in different directions.
