The u67 is Known for its legendary midrange presence. Which has made it the preferred workhorse microphone since it used on the Beatles, The Bee Gees and for the famous Glyn Johns Drum Micing Technique. It’s a definite desert island piece of gear.

Recording Engineers can’t keep the artist waiting and the label paying while they swap out Mics. Especially if it’s a large orchestra or ensemble. It can really add up.

The CM47 provides the u47 sound in a rugged and reliable construction without spending over 10 thousand AND still needing to get it refurbished.

The CM47 features 2 modes M or Multi which allows the user to toggle from the 9 selectable polar patterns on the power supply C or Passive Cardioid mode which disengages the rear diaphragm to create a cardioid polar pattern.
