Rear Delt Raises- 4 sets of 12 reps
Back to Front Presses- 3 sets of 10-10
Dumbbell Press with Upright Rows- 3 sets of 10 reps each exercise; then 1 sets of 4-6 reps with 10 more upright rows
Standing Arnold Press with Side Rasies- 3 sets of 10-12 reps each exercise
Clean & Press- 3 sets of 8-10 reps

Pec Fly Machine- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Weighted Dips- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
