Colin Lewis - Road cycling at 71⎪Old, Grey and Fast

Colin Lewis, former Tour de France rider and professional cyclist, was still road racing at the age of 71. Olympian and twice UK National Road Race Champion, Colin lived in Devon and became an important part of the county’s cycling heritage.

From being Tom Simpson’s teammate at the Tour de France to the price of potatoes , Old, Grey and Fast uses archive and recent footage to offer a glimpse of the racing career and retirement of this creative and determined character.

Colin went to the great velodrome in the sky (as he would call it) in 2022 and is much missed.
