Hi guys!
Welcome back to a short video! We started infant swimming lessons when she was 6.5 months old (you can start as early as 4 months!)
At their age, its just to do water conditioning (ensuring they're comfortable in water). The 'hardest' part would be the individual dip and 'swim' to parent.
In this video, we share some progress from her second and ~10th lesson!
Each lesson is only 30 mins, and the water is warm, and slightly salted & chlorinated.
Hope this gives you a glimpse of what an infant swimming class looks like!
Do note the videos are bad quality cos I was trying to cut out the faces of others in the class.
We find that she's super relaxed in the pool, and its something we look forward to every Sunday morning :) Daddy has special bonding time with her, and we get to enjoy a cafe breakfast after swimming!
There are lots of swim schools: Happy fish, Little splashes, Aquaducks, Swish Swimming etc.
