Singapore PM Lee Hsien Loong released a video address on Friday (Apr 10), asking Singaporeans to take the circuit breaker seriously and to stay at home. “I want to make a special appeal to older Singaporeans,” he says. “Please understand we are telling you to stay at home for your own safety.”
