SLV-315 model. Problem with power light does not stay constant, clock blinks but other information on the display panel only flickers when pressing the power button. The cassette / tape loading mechanism does not load the cassette. Identified cause as in the power supply, replaced the capacitors on it.
Most likely you don't need to replace the main power capacitor which is the 400V 82uf since there is power (usually this type of high-voltage is the last to go bad, I left it there).
WARNING: If you are going to work on the power supply, make sure you use your multimeter's voltage (DC) function to drain the 400V capacitor first, because it could potentially storage enough charge even after the power has been turned off for a while to give you a nasty shock or burn. You can also use a high-watt resistor to drain it.
For sure you need to replace all the other ones because unless they are swollen at the top, you can't really tell if they are bad. I need to correct one thing I said in the video, that is the bulging bottom (rubber pushed out) does not mean it's bad unless it's completely pushed out. Many new capacitors have the rubber seems like pushed out, but that's just the way they are made. I know that some of the capacitors I removed are still functional, but given the age, it's easier just to replace them all. Here is a complete list so you can save some time:
