Bass Vi Solo 2

This is my Bass Vi "solo" in A Perennial Daydream's song "Havel's Rock"
It is a song that i started several years ago (2009?) and it got developed in APD in a very beautiful way. The Bass Vi builds throughout the entire song to this point where it comes in with the full wall of sound that overtakes your ears.

The Bass Vi part was written with the goal of amalgamating the guitar lead lines, the vocal lines and the gluing the drums to the rest of the piece. It was an exploration in hybrid picking (and incentive to learn) for me as that allowed me to essentially do both bass and lead accents with the arrpeggios on the Bass Vi's high B and e stings

In the final song, a baritone guitar also over dubs what the Bass Vi is playing for specific moments of the riff. That was a cool duet.
