Over the course of a couple of months we have gathered together lots and lots of composting materials.
We have mixed all these ingredients together and over time turned the pile inside out to add oxygen. This helps keep the bacterial and microbial communities alive and active. This army of tiny beings use the carbonations material as food and help to break it down into beautiful compost which will bring our pastures back to life in the spring time when we can get out to spread it.
