[ ] Open The Gate/Close The Gate (On All 4’s)
Lifts:
[x] 4 x 8 Reps Barbell Hip Thrusts
[x] 3 x 10 Reps Barbell Back Squats (Wide Base):
[ ] 3 x 10 Reps Dumbbell RDLs
[x] 3 x 12 Reps Bulgarian Split Squats(Slightly Lean Forward)

[ ] Back Extensions(Squeeze Dat Ass)

Leg Day 2: Hypertrophy
Warm Up: 5-10mins SAME
Lifts: 3 x 10 Reps

[x] Sumo Deadlifts (1 Heavy Dumbbell)
[x] SL Hip Thrusts
[ ] Bench Step Ups (Drive Knee Up)
