Sailor Starlights VS Outer Senshi

It took so long to do, mainly since of all the masking and some drawings that has to be done. It may be my last project for a while... or ever. It took months and months for this one as it's been done and done and felt uninspiring. I wanna thank Nguyen Trong for giving me ideas and inspirations for this, and a thank to Aqua for your help on the background music. Yes, the music had to be pitched because YouTube copyrights sucks (that's not new).
