Hey everyone, hope you enjoyed this vlog and found something valuable from it! I’m so big on preparing for a successful week and this is everything I do each week to make sure I set myself up for success 💖

Energy ball recipe:
2 very ripe bananas mashed
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
About 60g of dark chocolate
1tsp of coconut oil
1 cup oats
2tbsp coconut shavings
handful of chopped nuts
handful of chopped dates
Method
blend up your oats in a blender and put aside
Mash your bananas up and melt your chocolate and coconut oil for 40 secs, stir and then a further 20-30 secs
add all remaining wet ingredients and combine well
Combine all the dry ingredients (and if need to add more oats like I did)
Roll into balls and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
