So much food!! I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN! It is available in so many varieties and every restaurant / person has their own famous fried chicken recipe. Today we are not only having fried chicken, but delicious grilled (bbq chicken) and a very special chicken I will tell you about in the video... Today we are having a GIANT chicken and rice challenge! We had short 30 minutes to complete this giant 8ish pound platter of katsu chicken, house special rice and salad, along with a few other AMAZING additions (but I won't give it away)!
