Cricut Vinyl Scrap Idea You’ll Actually Use | DIY Stripe Decal

Got vinyl scraps piling up? In this video, I’ll show you how to turn them into a fun color stripe vinyl decal using your Cricut. I’m using the Cricut Maker with permanent vinyl, but this project works with any Cricut machine and any type of vinyl—even HTV if you’d like to see me make a version of that too! I’ll walk you through the full process of cutting, weeding, and applying the design to stainless steel, but you can use this technique on mugs, car windows, notebooks, or anything you’d normally add vinyl to. This is a quick and easy project, and the longest step is simply cutting your strips. I also share some of my favorite tips for weeding and getting vinyl off the mat without frustration.
