Bantayan Beyond the Beach, Island Hopping CLOSED!

Welcome back to the channel! 🇵🇭🇸🇪 In this video, join our family on an unexpected adventure in **Bantayan Island, Leyte**, Philippines. Our usual island hopping plans were on hold because of heavy seas from Tropical Depression Crising, but that didn't stop us from exploring!

Come along as my husband, daughter, and nieces discover the hidden gems and resilience of Bantayan beyond its famous beaches. We're taking a charming, modified tricycle to some incredible local spots:

🌴 First stop, we explore the scenic **Mangrove Camp Sawi**, a famous spot from the Filipino film "Camp Sawi," with plenty of beautiful photo opportunities and local souvenirs.
🌊 We then check out *Paradise Beach Campsite* and "The Ruins" – a poignant reminder of Super Typhoon Yolanda's impact in 2013, before a unique lunch experience.
🏞️ We try to visit *Ogtong Cave Resort* and then unwind with a refreshing drink at **Kota Beach**, enjoying the windy, pleasant ambiance.
🍽️ To cap off an eventful day, we head to *Thai~Phoon restaurant* for a delicious dinner.
