Closing Arguments: Nicholas Kassotis Trial Day 7

DAY SEVEN: Nicholas Kassotis, a former Navy JAG officer is on trial for the 2022 murder and dismemberment of his second wife, Mindi Mebane Kassotis, 40. Hunters found Mindi’s dismembered remains on December 2nd, 2022, at the Portal Hunting Club in Riceboro, with additional body parts located across a three-mile radius. Nicholas, 43, faces 12 charges, including malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, tampering with evidence, and removal of body parts. Arrested in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on May 12th, 2023, after Mindi’s remains were identified via genealogy DNA, Nicholas allegedly killed her around November 27th, 2022.
