Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
Pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
150 g sugar (3/4 cup / 5.3 oz).
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix thoroughly until creamy.
100 ml vegetable oil (10 tbsp / 3.4 fl oz).
100 ml milk (10 tbsp / 3.4 fl oz).
8 heaped tablespoons plain flour (200 g / 7 oz).
Add the flour in two stages to help the dough knead.
2 tsp baking powder (15 g / 0.5 oz).
Mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth.
Grate the zest of the lemon.
3 apples.
Juice of half a lemon.
50 g chopped walnuts (1.8 oz).
200 g ricotta or cottage cheese (7 oz).
2 tablespoons sugar (30 g / 1 oz).
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
1 egg.
Mix thoroughly with a spoon or mixer. Chopped walnuts.
1 teaspoon powdered sugar, for garnish.
24 cm (9.5 inches) pan.
Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 45–50 minutes.
