Watch Nelly design out a pattern and paint the gemstones with watercolor paint and describe the process from start to finish: gauache is a Parisian watercolor technique for jewelry design and the traditional method for drawing out beautiful jewelry designs. Nelly first started working in Gouache in New York and later took a couple of classes with jewelry artist and designer Rémy Rotenier-- a jewelry designer and artist trained in the classical European manner at l'école du Louvre in Paris and a Tiffany alum as well as a few other jewelry houses
This is the first video of Nelly painting as an introduction into her design method
