Switch Pros RCR vs OD OFF indicator

I’m looking to create a small (inconspicuous) indicator light that I can mount in my center console next to my shifter which would mimic the existing light in my factory OD OFF toggle switch.
I integrated the OD OFF function into my RCR Force-12 a while back but I’ve had to temporarily retain the original toggle to be able to tell if the OD is on or off due to the fact that the RCR triggers the original toggle with a momentary ground. So the RCR button only lights up momentarily when it’s sending the ground signal to the toggle circuitry.
Ideally it would be nothing more than a simple little bulb like the ones commonly found on laptop power packs etc.
